How this website handles information
SOLIDSTEAD uses information you choose to provide to respond to project enquiries, prepare quotations and communicate about requested services.
Enquiries
The launch version of the quote form prepares an email in your own email application. The website itself does not store the form contents in a website database. If you send the email, the information is then handled through the relevant email services.
Information you may provide
This can include your name, email address, company name, project description, requested timescale, budget range and any files you choose to attach to an email.
Hosting
The website may be hosted through Cloudflare. Hosting and security providers can process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs as part of operating and protecting the service.
Project files and confidentiality
Project information is used for the purpose of assessing and carrying out the requested work. Where a formal confidentiality agreement is required, this should be agreed before sensitive information is supplied.
Manufacturing partners
If a project requires external manufacturing, relevant technical information may need to be shared with selected production partners for quotation or fulfilment. The scope of that sharing should be discussed as part of the project.
